Delivery times depend on whether your items are stock products or customised teamwear.

• Standard, non-customised items are usually dispatched quickly once your order is processed.

• Customised or made-to-order kits take longer, as we need time for printing or embroidery.

We will confirm expected dispatch times with you, and if you have a specific match deadline, please let us know before you order.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout once you enter your address and order details. We primarily serve UK clubs, schools and customers. If you need delivery outside the UK or to multiple addresses, please contact us first so we can check options for you.

If your item is unworn, in its original condition and not personalised, you can usually return or exchange it within a reasonable timeframe in line with our terms and conditions. Please keep all tags and packaging until you are sure everything fits. Check our Terms & Conditions page for the full returns policy before sending anything back.

Customised items (for example shirts with names, numbers, club badges or sponsor logos) are usually non-returnable unless faulty, because they have been personalised specifically for your club or player. Please double-check your spelling, numbers and sizes before confirming a customised order.

The My Club Shop section lets you shop by club. Choose your club from the list and you will see all approved kit, training wear and merchandise for that team in one place, so players and parents can order the correct gear without guessing colours or styles.

Yes. If you would like your own online club shop, contact us with your club details, colours and any existing kit agreements. We can work with you to select suitable products, agree any customisation and then create a dedicated shop page where your members can order directly.
