How We Can Help Your Club
Football Stuff has been supplying grassroots clubs, schools and teams since 1990. When you contact us you speak to people who understand football teamwear, so we can help you choose the right kit, sizes and customisation for your squad. We know how much work goes into running a grassroots team, from organising training and fixtures to keeping every player kitted out. That is why we keep things simple: one point of contact, honest advice on which kit or equipment suits your budget, and clear communication from your first enquiry right through to delivery. Whether you are a new club ordering your first set of shirts or an established academy refreshing kit for every age group, we are happy to help.
Full Team Kit Orders
We supply full team kits including shirts, shorts and socks, as well as individual items when you need extra sizes or replacements. Our kit bundles can include your club badge, shirt numbering, a printed sponsor and a team kit bag. Most team orders are a mix of sizes – simply tell us the kit you like and the sizes you need and we will help you put the full package together.
Badges, Names & Numbers
Many of our kits can be customised with club badges, sponsor logos, player names and squad numbers. Send us your artwork with your message and we will confirm the best way to set it up for your club, whether that is printing or embroidery. If you have a match deadline, let us know when you contact us so we can plan your order.
Online Club Shops

Pennants & Presentation Items
Planning a tour, cup final or end of season presentation? We make quality satin pennants in any size or colour with no minimum order, as well as presentation caps. Contact us with your design ideas and we will help you create something your club will be proud of.
Sizing Advice
You can find our size guides in the main navigation. If you are ordering for a whole club and are unsure, we recommend checking the guide and measuring players before you order. If you are still not sure, contact us and we will guide you to the right sizes.
Orders, Delivery & Returns
Delivery costs are shown at checkout once you enter your address. We primarily serve UK clubs, schools and customers – if you need delivery outside the UK or to multiple addresses, please contact us first. Stock items are usually dispatched quickly, while customised kits take longer because of printing. Unworn, non-personalised items can usually be returned in line with our terms and conditions.

Do you offer discounts for clubs or bulk orders?
We work with clubs, schools and grassroots teams, so we are used to handling larger orders. If you are kitting out several teams or purchasing in bulk, please get in touch with your requirements and we can advise on the best value options and any available discounts.
What brands do you stock?
We stock a wide range of recognised football brands including Acerbis, Errea, Joma, Precision, Stanno, Givova and Hummel, along with goals, equipment and accessories from trusted suppliers such as Sabre and Samba.
What equipment do you supply besides kits?
Alongside kits and training wear we stock match and training footballs, bibs, cones, poles, hurdles, mannequins, tactics boards, goals, bags, medical kits and more, so you can sort match day and training equipment for your club from a single retailer.
How do I order a full kit in mixed sizes?
Choose the kit you want, add each size and quantity to your basket, and repeat for shorts and socks if they are sold separately. If you are unsure on sizing or want help building a full package, send us a message and we will guide you.
Can I return customised items?
Customised items, such as shirts with names, numbers, club badges or sponsor logos, are usually non-returnable unless faulty because they have been personalised for your club or player. Please double-check spelling, numbers and sizes before confirming a customised order.
What should I include in my message?
To help us respond quickly, please share your club name, your order number if you have one, the products you are interested in and any deadlines you are working to. We will come back to you as soon as possible.
